Urgent question

When is UKC going to quit blaming Covid and the post office for their poor management. Make changes. It’s been 2 years and it’s as bad now as it was 2 years ago. I’m waiting on papers that were processed Feb 12 for an online litter registration from Jan 12. I received transfer papers 2 weeks ago that were mailed in after I did the online. It took Roughly 45 days on transfer(which is still ridiculous) but we are pushing 2 months on an online litter. Now at 23 days since processed. Iv heard of others that are taking 3-4 months or completely losing papers. (Of course post office gets blamed). Y’all can’t continue to do business like this.

It took 5 months to get my single registered beagle papers back, 10 weeks to get a litter of Bluetick papers back, still waiting on beagle litter papers done December 19th and a litter of Bluetick pups that were done early January. Might I add, all done on line. They lost the Sire of litter owner signature(done on line through email)which I found out 3 weeks ago, messed up the name of my single registered beagle male, which I was afraid to send back due to 5 months the first time...
I doubt they will ever get better. UKC knows we tolerate it, so why try? The other registries are fast, 7 days and 11 days.. UKC averages 72 days, in my experience. Glad I only raise pups every 2 years. I am tired of telling pup buyers "still no papers". I pay a little extra to put trackers on my papers. File complaints. If they loose it then, you can file for reimbursement.

My pup buyers want papers for their five month old pups and I don’t want to hear the worthless excuses.. afraid I will get mad

I would’ve been calling 3 months ago. Good luck. I tried calling, emailing, and tried the callback feature with zero luck. The live chat worked good. Told me it was processed 3 weeks ago and should be here any day. They must be hand delivering on foot. In no scenario should it take more than two or three days to receive it after processing. Someone is slacking and it’s not the postal service.
