how does he go about hunting, deep, medium layups bawl on track etc..

Copper will hunt with the conditions, can track a coon or do layup, tree them at 50 feet or a mile he doesn't pass by many coon, he is silent on ground good hard tree dog that's really accurate, however to date all of his pups seem to open on the ground. There are plenty of people to give reference on him who have been in the woods just a good dog who trees coon, feel free to text me anytime I'll send you all the videos photos you'd like or anyone is welcome to come hunt with him at my home in Illinois I will hunt him until he gets old enough he can't go anymore
