What I got out of this podcast…

Mr. Taylor knows what a coon dog is…and he knows how to get the best out of a good coondog…

I would of bred Swamp Rooster to one of my females in a heartbeat…

Swamp Rooster…even the name is fitting for an extraordinary hound…

Training dogs is not so much about quantity, it's more about timing, and the right situations...After that it's up to the dog....A hunting dog is born...

I'm not an english hound guy, but that was one tough hound. As good or better than most in his time. Hunted with him and Paul several times.. Haven't talked to Paul in years..Good memories!
