Ole Hoss

Jason,
I just finished the podcast with Josh where you told your story. Wow. You see all these winners and talk with people over these forums and social media deals, but none of this really tells what kind of person you are, or what any of us have been through in life. Your story is an inspiration. Kudos to you for getting your life together and channeling your addiction into something else. I don’t know you, other than on here, but I sure do have a lot more respect for you after hearing your story.

Everyone needs to hear the latest episode of The Truth on Houndsman XP featuring Jason Daugherty. It’s a good reflection on how these dogs, yes, even Walkers, can positively impact a person’s life.

Yes Sir! That was the raw truth that many people aren’t willing to tell and Jason told it straight. That was kinda podcast that could really help person that’s made few bad choices know that things can change with prayer and dedication to something to keep you goin right direction. Josh does good job getting the kinda info I want to hear from these gentleman. Top notch all way around.

That's what a real man does, own up to any misdeeds and never use any excuses. Like others have said, I respect Jason for telling the truth about himself and about the dogs. Anyone looking for a dog trainer will be lucky to get Jason to hunt the dog for them. Dave

Good job men

I've never listened to any type of podcast, but this one caught my attention and I started listening to it today.

I plan to finish listening as time allows.

1 thing I've seen from Jason is that he seems to tell it like it is, right or wrong. Not much of that left in this world. But my closest friends are those type of people.

Thank you!! It’s funny how this worked. Josh and I recorded one prior to this one and I didn’t really mention nothing about my story, soon as we was done recording I felt TERRIBLE!! I started to call josh back and tell him we needed to redo it but for some unknown reason to him the sound was not working, and he called me!! I knew the minute he called me why the sound wasn’t working...it was because that wasn’t the message I was meant to share. I’m not proud of the things I’ve done in my life and it is a hard one to set and tell sometimes but like someone else mentioned a man owns his mistakes and I must own mine too. Hopefully it can give someone else some kind of motivation that no matter what you been through you can change that any morning you wake up...IF YOU WANT IT!!
Ps: Thank God for walkers cause I’m not sure I could have followed a plot lol

Jason, You are correct, this was the message that was meant to be told. Admitting wrong is the first step in overcoming one's past. You can not correct something in a man or dog unless you can see the wrong to start with. Your story is an inspiration to ALL regardless of their past. Keep up the good work, the past is behind you. Dave

I listened and really enjoyed the story and the message. Ive seen way too many good young folks leave this world before their time due to being caught up in the wrong thing at the wrong time. You’re still here for a reason Jason, thank you again for sharing your story!

I tip my hat to you Jason! Keep turning them ole potlickers loose and doing what you do!
