Alpha 100 map display

Just picked up a used alpha 100 and for some reason when on the map screen the maps will only display when zooming in, or out. As soon as the map “settles” so to speak, the screen just turns green. Had anybody seen this before? I do have a brand new huntview plus card in it if that makes any difference? I’d appreciate any help!

It may be too used.ha.Try taking the hunt card out and see if it works ok without it.May somehow be the card.If you have the hunt card zoomed all the way in close it will be blurry green.When you zoom out it will clear up.Call the garmin help line .They are very helpful.

I would suggest updating that Alpha 100. If it is an older one it doesn't have the software to run the map card in it. Update it and it should work. If you update it and you still have issues. You can call my store at 1-904-692-1567 and someone will troubleshoot it over the phone with you. Please have your ALPHA with you when you call.
