Puppy health problem.
Ive raised alot of pups in my day but have never seen this.I have a hound pup that acts like her feet are sore. Will barely walk.Licks her feet and legs.Mostly feet. Her feet have no sores and you can press on her pads and she dont squirm around like it hurts.did it at 3 months and got completely well in about 3 or 4 days .Now shes doing it again at 4 months.Hate to have her put down .Hate to put time and money in a problem pup but it could be something shell outgrow.Ever seen it?
I have heard a possible yeast infection. Feet itch.

Have you pressed on her legs to see if they have any tenderness?
No signs of injury or irritation on her pads or webbing of her paws.Havnt really checked for pain in her legs. She dont want to walk.Gives attention mostly to her feet. This is the 2nd time its happened in about a month. She completely recovered from the first time and then all at once shes doing it again.Im wondering if her feet are tingling or numbing up kinda like neuropothy in a man since her feet show no signs of a problem to make them sore. Not going to a vet .I could buy a whole new litter of pups by the time they got through with me.The man i got her from said none of her littermates did this out of 2 litters.Hes offered me another pup if i put her down but i dont want to do that if i can help it.But i dont want a problem dog.Ill give it awhile and see what happens.
Have you smelled her feet yet? I know it sounds ridiculous but if there is a yeast infection or bacteria it will have an odor.

Are you near any of the flooding? My aunt lives in waverley and they got completely slammed with flash flooding.
Im south of there.I feel bad for those folks. Some got 17 inches of rain.I ve had enough to be sick and tired of it.
.
You mentioned rain. Is here area dry. Constant moisture or wetness and feet can get tender. Some dogs just don't like their feet wet.

I had a dog years ago that would get sore feet every time I took her huntin. A old man told me to soak her feet in alum powders. I put 3 heaping tablespoons in a quart jar with warm water. Held each foot in it for a few minutes 3 times a day for a week, then twice a day for a week, then once a day for a week. Her feet toughened up and never had another problem with her feet.

Leg Pain Related to Growth
Large breed dogs are genetically prone to growing pains and these can affect them till they are two years of age. One condition that's related to growth is known as Panosteitis. This can last for two to five months and can be managed by pain relievers and a change in diet. The symptoms are sporadic lameness that shifts from one leg to another. Hypertrophic osteodystrophy also occurs in young pets. It is the inflammation of growth plates and affects puppies between the ages of two to eight months.

If the pup is on concrete and its always wet that will cause a problem with sore feet to

Today shes happy ,jumping around running and playing.Did notice her licking her feet a couple times.Got over it both times that shes done this in 3 or 4 days.
Might be allergic to feed. I have a pup he's a year old. I started feeding him victor with beef in it half way threw the bag he did the same thing. Started licking he's feet and limping. Switch feed no problem. Tried feeding it a couple weeks later same thing happened again.
