Benefit Hunts

Our club is having a benefit hunt for the family of a recent high school graduate who passed away due to a medical issue. We are donating all the proceeds to the family to help with . burial expenses. I was told that UKC would wave the registration fees and that could be donated as well. I need help or information on how to do this . Could a moderator please pm me thanks .
