Because UKC's lawyers told them we couldn't is the only reason I was given. If it's got anything to do with the cash how are we allowed to compete in the world hunt since they added the cash prize. Complete BS if you ask me.

I just sold a dog that had seven cast wins last year he wasn't even qualified because he cast wins were in Canada.

Well, ukc is owned by canadians maybe it's because of that or because you don't have an American tax ID number etc.

I would need to find out exactly why that is but it involves a law. Not sure if it's a US or a Canadian thing. Either way, it has to do with the payout end but nothing to do with where the dogs earned their cast wins.

Sure it does. Our clubs aren't paying into the TOC fund because we can't enter it. Our club doesn't anyway I can't speak for the rest.

Donnie, an example of what I meant by that is; even if the dog got its' wins in the states it wouldn't change anything. And you're right, Canadian clubs are not contributing into the fund for that reason.
