TT 15 problem

Having problem with a tt15 collar when trying to charge it. The red light will not turn to green. I have tried a couple of different chargers and look at the system to see if it has charged and it shows to be almost completely charged . It has 1 bar left to be completely charged. Any suggestions

Happens to me often. Using a small brush to clean the contacts on the collar has always worked for me.

I would be thinking battery is going bad and will not take a full charge.
