Question

I have a 15 month old female that never came into heat. I talked to a friend of mind and he ask what kind of food I was feeding. I told him Victor. He said that he had heard that some dogs would not come in heat while on Victor. I switched to Joy and in 2 weeks she started to come in heat. Has anyone else experience this or do you think it is a just coincidence?
