Garmin 200

I have a question about the grouping on the 200, can you track dogs from different groups at the same time or only from one or the other groups?

.

That is the beauty of the Groups. You can select any dog from nay group and ACTIVATE it or DEACTIVATE it. When they first came out it was a little harder to find the dog, but with software upgrades. They have made it easier now. That is the beauty of the 200. If your hunting with several people on bear or Yotes or any game where you have a lot of dogs. You can have all your buddies doges in there. Then just select the dog from his group you want to track. Sometimes they get together and then split up. Just deactivate the ones you don't want to follow.

Thanks Bruce, just got one trying to figure it out. One more question, if they still have the 100 do I just enter the number off their system to add them in the 200?

.

if you want to share a collar in your 200 with someone that has a 100. For that dog there is a menu selection that gives you a legacy code to be used in the 100.

How do I add their dogs to my 200 without changing anything in their 100?
