Litter registration status

I did the online litter for my Big Kahuna x Insane Xena litter March 18th. I’ve followed up several times because I STILL haven’t received the papers. I used the online chat last week and was told the papers were sent out April 18.....I still haven’t received them. I know Michigan isn’t two weeks from Texas. Either the rep had it wrong or they’re lost. Can you please check on them for me. It is only 2 pups.
