SORRY....Not getting enough looks on Blue tick board

Anybody get their BBOA year book that still have their ballot?

Wanting some one that can send me a scanned copy via E-Mail .
I PROMISE NOT TO VOTE TWICE !!! LOL!!

No one in this area I have contacted has gotten their book yet
This is just cutting it TOO CLOSE !!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
