Our phones come on at 9 A.M. Eastern time. You can call us and if we don't answer right away you can leave a call back number. This will keep your place in line and when we get to you our system will call you back. Or you can contact us via our new online chat feature from our website.

You can use our online chat feature and talk to a rep that way. A lot less wait time as our phones have been extremely busy lately.

Hey, so I can’t not get ahold of anyone at the UKC. I have emailed, called, waited on hold, did the call back and nothing. How can I talk to someone about why my litter registration money was refunded 18 days after it was submitted. Please someone respond!!!!!

You can go to our website and utilize our chat feature and talk with someone directly that way or you can send me a PM with your question and I can check into it for you. I'll need your name, complete address, and how the litter application was submitted.
