Have a almost 7 year old dog that just got diagnosed with it. Vet says no hunting even if treat it with insulin twice a day. Anyone ever dealt with this. He is a very hard hunting dog too. Thanks

Had a beagle with it. Not matter what the treatment it would have seizures when hunted after about an hour.
