Good morning Russel
I tried calling UKC on Friday , left a call-back # , never got a call back !

Again this Monday morning , only # 28 in queue and still no call back !!

My question is ; I prepaid for having Dna kits and testing done , dating back 3 years ago . And I did receive the kits .
But unfortunately parvo hit the puppies and I never did perform the tests .

Can I and will Ukc still honor the prepaid, 5 remaining kits for this new litter of pups ?
