Online registration help needed

I recently submitted an online litter registration. It was a frozen semen breeding and I followed up with an email informing you of this because I can’t verify the Sire. The sire is deceased and the process has been.....just send an email. I did and received an email back that no further action is required. This was a week ago, now I receive an email stating the registration is on hold due to me not verifying the Sire and a letter will be sent. This is ridiculous. I sent another email to online litters. I hope this is corrected.....all the payments sure did process immediately.
