Garmin Refurbished

Where can I send my TT15 collars to get refurbished? Mine will not charge and no lights. I'm assuming it is the batteries? Best place to buy batteries?

Yes they are. Just have to make sure you clean and reinstall the rubber gasket. This is where most people fail. Then water gets inside.
