Entry question for SETWA Days ? ALLEN G ?

Just bought a 4 yr old dog thats never been in a UKC hunt...thinking of making the trip to Southeastern Treeing Walker Days in Union SC toward end of month to sell some supplies. The dog has pup papers only, i just filled them out and going in mail in morning. Can i enter on the grounds as a walkup with conditional entry if i write his number down as im sure papers wont be back by then with the mail being behind ? Thanks for any info.
