Invalid Entry

Hello -

When I checked the show results for my entry; Rock Valley Kennel Federation Conformation Show, my entry placements for all 4 shows, were listed as Invalid Entry?

I showed my whippet, Todd's Little Zoe under her TL #055861 for that particular show on Oct 24th -25th. I did receive my single registration = P955718, before the show results were posted.

Upon receiving my single registration papers, I noticed that the date of birth was incorrectly listed as 2020 and it should have been 2019, due to my own data entry error. I did send an email, the same date I received the registration via postal mail, December 1st, 2020. I have yet to hear back if the correction was/is being made, at my expense to reflect the correct D.O.B year as 2019.

Could this be the cause of my whippets show results being listed as an Invalid Entry?

Please Advise, as I would like to get this issue corrected

To correct the birthdate we would need a written, signed statement from you referencing the dog's UKC number, telling us the birthdate is wrong and what the correct birthdate should be. There will be a fee of $15.00 for us to correct this on our records.

Can the AKC documentation that was summitted with the registration be utilized - I can pay the fee? I summitted copies of my whippets AKC registration and her AKC pedigree with the correct D.O.B. Do I resubmit those documents as well with my written statement - via email or postal mail? Once this correction is made, will my whippets standings change from "Invalid Entry" status with the shows listed above?

Yes, just include a note stating that the birthdate on the AKC papers was correct. As far as the standings go, that is a question for the All Breed Sports Department.
