Libertarianism

Why do the dumrats think that it is America's job to cure or fix the world's problems? Why can't the other countries take responsibility for their own problems and take steps to fix them? Don't we have enough problems of our own?
Why should we pump money into failing economies around the world. Their corrupt leaders just keep most of it. Why do the libertarian dumrats think that we should pay to bail them out?
