T5 Mini collar problems - Bruce?

So I updated my t5 mini last week (it was working fine prior to update) went to use it over the weekend and it would not turn on. I knew it shouldve had a full charge. Got home and stuck it on a charger and the red light will come on while charging but doesnt make a tone and still wont turn on even when plugged in. Very frustrated with this and would appreciate any trouble shooting advice.

Yes it is.

You will need to send it back to Garmin. That’s been a common problem in the mini collars. It’s in the board.

Thanks for the heads up. Aggravating that it worked just fine until I updated it lol.
