Who do I need to contact to straighten out a registration issue?

I sold a walker pup to man in Vermont and he never received his permanent papers back from ukc. They accepted his payment for 3 registration but failed to return the papers of the one from me. Who do I contact to finally get this corrected?

The person who sent the papers in can contact us via phone or e-mail. We would need their name, complete mailing address, the breed and name of the dog and the approximate date they sent the papers to us and we can check to see what's going on with them. Our e-mail address is: registration@ukcdogs.com Our phone number is (269) 343-9020. The wait times on the phone are quite long but they can leave a call back number and when we get to them in line we'll call them back.
