Performance program problems

Anyone else having this problem??
I sent my dogs performance application in March
check was cashed
I sent DNA and check in March
It is now September
UKC keeps telling me
We lost the DNA
No we found the DNA
We ship it off
Nope still on our desk
No we have to get back to you
2 litters later still nothing

What's going on????????????????

We had exactly the same problem. Paid the fees to enroll the male for 2018 and sent in and paid for DNA fees twice. Disappeared....twice....and so did our money.

I sent a swab in the middle of June. They were back in their office by then. Eight weeks later he was Performanced. Sounds like they lost your swab in all of the confusion. I would have sent in a new swab.

Please have them call me as well, sent DNA in 4-6 months ago haven’t heard nothing.

close to the same deal I was forever getting one dog dna and I never did receive any conformation of that other than he is on the list now. last week I paid another dog up still waiting dna kit hopefully it wont be as long as the last one
