Free hound

Free Grade hound. I believe him to be around a yr old to yr and half old . Iv tried to find owner and no one seems to claim him. I know nothing about what he does in the woods. He looks more like a Blue English but could be a Bluetick. He was found in Morgan Monroe state forestry and 4 weeks ago iv tried to locate the owner but know one seems to be missing a hound.
