Lost Puppy Papers

I lost the puppy papers to a male dog that I have. I was going to send them in and I realized I must have lost them in my move. How or is there a way I can get a duplicate set of puppy papers? I know who the parents are and I have their ukc numbers and registration. I know you guys are really busy so whenever you get a chance to look into this.

The breeder would need to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms. They would send the form in to us with $15.00, we would then issue them another set of papers and they would sign those over to you.

Is this the same process if lost by UKC?

If so will get at it, the man deserves as quick replacement as possible!
