if a dog thats 2 years old is still on pup papers ,,,and they are signed by somebody how does that work ????
OR CAN I SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT ??

If the dog is 2 and on puppy papers and filled out by someone else. Yes you can do a affidavit to get reg. In your name. Just did this with one my daughter bought.
