I sent a pup to a hounds man in Vermont and he sentPup papers to ukc and didn’t get

He called ukc and was told they have no record of it but I believe took his money. Who is best to contact to correct this issue!?? I e-mailed ukc myself but have received nothing back!

I haven't had many problems with the UKC, but when I do; I PM Russell Smith. He usually answers me the same day.

Please send me a PM telling me the situation along with the person's name the dog was being registered to along with his State, and the breed and name of the dog. If you're the breeder and know the dog's UKC number that would be helpful as well. Thanks.
