Dog papers

Sent papers in to transfer ownership, got them back today and the dogs papers are still in old owners name with new owners address. How do you get this fixed since it does no good trying to get UKC on the phone

Return the papers to us with a note stating what is wrong and what the correct owner's name should be. Send them to our address, but send them to the attention of the Corrections Department. Assuming you listed your name as the new owner we will certainly fix the papers for you. We apologize for the mistake.
