Conditional entry question

I'm hunting a dog that needs 1 more cast win to be a nt ch. I've recently sent his papers in to be transferred in my name but now I can't compete with him because he'll finish in the previous owners name instead of mine. Would a conditional entry allow me to compete before I get the papers back? I'd hate to set out of competition for 3 months all because of his papers.

Doesn't "owner" go by when the date the papers were signed, not by the date the papers were processed? Isn't there a space for "date purchased" on the back of the papers?

conditional entry

Good luck, i believe that under c/e that you are still under owners name on paperwork ,it's just like using easy entry card, except not having the card. C/E just means your paying extra for UKC to do the work and put your win on the dog without any or what information you give at entry on the dog/owner on papers!
