Black and Tan Puppy

I am looking for a Black and Tan Puppy with cat feet and medium length ears, not interested in the old time long eared hound. Must be from a proven cross of fast tracking, hard treeing, stay put, get it done hounds. Pup will be trained for UKC Competition.
