Conditional entry

Let’s say a guy buys a dog and sends in the papers. He doesn’t get the easy entry card but knows the number. He needs one more win to make it a nite champion. When he sends in the papers he has changed the name of the dog. He wins his cast making it 5 cast wins. My question is, will the new set of papers come back with the new name saying it’s a nite champion, or the old name?
