Pedigree check and update on papers

I need pedigree sire and dam for ukc # W538, 531.
Also need update on her papers I just had sent off

Now for my male i sent ukc papers off back in January or early February and payment has been taking out of the bank for a while now and still no papers in the mailbox. His ukc # W228,829
