Adding collars Garmin

Just got my refurbished Garmin Alpha. How do I add the collars? If I remember right its pretty simple. Just can't remember how I did it?

Put the collar in pairing mode by holding the power button till the collar beeps and the light is flashing on front of the collar. Then go to dog list on the handheld select add dog it’ll ask if your near the collar select yes and the handheld will add the collar.

F Bond is correct but if you go to your dog list and select add a dog. The screen will give you instructions. It will ask you if you are near the collar and then once you tell it yes. It will tell you to turn on and hold your on button down on the collar. It will then pair. If you hold it for several seconds and it don't. Just release the button and it should pair then and take you to the information page to name the dog. You will know it paired by a checkmark and the bottom right of the page.
