Performance points

I’ve sent my papers off a month and a half ago and I called today to see if they were changed over to my name yet . I hunted her in a hunt last weekend and won my cast they told me today that her papers haven’t been processed yet will that performance money go to the other owner or me.

Whoever's name the dog was registered in when the points were earned will get the payout for those points.
