Bluetick tree aggression
So I have recently came into a really nice hound as long as you hunt him alone. We led a pup in a few days ago to the tree and he started growing and acting like he was going to eat that pup up. Well in my years of hunting I have never had to deal with this. To be honest he is a great hound and I hunt mostly alone but would love to hunt him in the hunts because he may be one of the best hounds I have ever been with other than this issue. I have not cut him with any dogs yet because I don’t know what’s going to happen and don’t want to get another mans hound eat up at the tree. He is 2 years old and is everything you want in a hound. He shows no aggression let’s dogs jump on him and you can lead them right past him with no problem. Will kennel with another dog no problem. Long story short can you fix this if he is aggressive and how?
Look up wildwilly0161 on here maybe he can help you. He posts on the main coon hound board.
