Litter Registration Headache

Well, not sure who has dealt with UKC litter registrations lately, but wow what a mess!!! I sent the money to pay the stud dogs performance up, money for DNA, paper work in for the litter in December of last year, yep last year and still no paper work. This was sent about 3 months before everyone started working from home. Yep UkC, you had no problem taking my money, but you sure have a problem getting me my paper work. Not good for business!!!

If I understand correctly, it looks like you tried to pay your stud dog up in December, if you did, that would be for the year 2020. the pups were born in 2019, and couldn't be Performance. Is that correct? I've dealt with UKC for fifty years, and had very few problems.

Thank you for the contact info, everything was turned in on time. I have been told every month since December that they are in the mail, now they are over 6 months old. Frustrating to say the least.

UKC needs to give Russell a raise.

I appreciate all of your input, I am told this morning that they are in the mail, so I am crossing my eyes, fingers and toes hoping this is the case. Now, since they are over 6 mo old, I will have to deal with that I’m afraid. Oh well, one step at a time. Thanks again for the help!

I just pm’d him. Jacked up huh, not according to UKC, they just keep telling me they are sending them out, month after month. Things like this happen, it just needs to be fixed, that’s all.
