Tried to register please help

I filled the form out on the 31st of march to single register my dog. Have a receipt from ukc but havent heard anything since.

What is your first and last name and the breed & name of the dog? You can send me this information in a PM if you'd like, just be sure to include the fact that you're checking on an online single application.
