Accepting Papers

I put a tracking number on some puppy papers I sent it. Didnt see that yal were still closed until I had already sent them on the 13th. I keep getting updates saying they cant access the delivery drop off. So are yal accepting mail or should I expect to be getting those papers back in the return mail and once again have to pay the shipping fee?

We are accepting mail however we are not able to pick it up on a regular basis. We are picking up our mail about once a week. Your papers will get delivered to us, I'm just not sure how long it will take.

Okay thanks. It says it's still in the possession of the postal service cause I sent it certified so someone has to sign for it. So maybe they will hit the right day when someone is there.
