Pup not barking
I have a 9 month old pup I'm working with. He will bark at a caged coon and grab, tug, pull a dead coon as long as it's on the ground. As soon as I hang it up or pull up a tree with a rope he stops. He will go about his business. No standing on the tree and no barking from him. Should I be concerned at 9 months of age ?
Nope, probably to smart for it. In my opinion he’s to old for that stuff now. I’d turn a coon loose for him to see go up and he will probably tree it. Then start hunting him. Quit with the drags and hang ups.
