Bruce Conkey Garmin question

When I plug my alpha hand held in the battery doesn’t display , I switched to the usb cord and it still doesn’t display

What comes up on the screen? Nothing.

Had this same question on here I think the other day. The charger your using. Will it charge a collar? I would take the splitter cable off it if is on there hand hook up straight to the handheld. The other man I was talking to had an issue with the plug on the handheld. You might want to take a light and look into the plug and see if you see something bent or missing.

Thanks it is in the hand held the chargers working fine it’s on it’s way back to Garmin to get fixed
