Collar repair

I have a shock collar for the Garmin pro 70. It got chewed up pretty bad by a puppy. The light got chewed out and it must have allowed water to get in?? Anyways it doesn't work now. Can Garmin repair the collar?

I would call Garmin at 1800-800-1020 and see what they charge to replace it with a Refurbished Collar.
