Litter registration

I have a litter of pups I want to register. I owned both parents but weren't registered in my name at time of breeding they had puppy papers they are in my name now can I register them or is there a form I have to do to register them

If the dogs are now registered in your name, you can sign off on the litter application.

I can sign for the pups even if the parents weren’t registered at time of breeding is that correct

As long as the parents are permanently registered in your name now, that is correct.
