Garmin alpha my dog track is being deleted

Im using a alpha with a tt15. My dogs tracks are being delete every 10 min or so. It will just delete what ever the dog done ran and start over. My archive are empty.

Even if you have it set to show the track longer than that? I have mine on 2hr

From your home page. Scroll down to you see TRIP COMPUTER. It is probably on the third page. Select that and then select reset. Then reset. Please share with me the Percentage number you see before resetting it. If it is 80% or above that is probably your issue.
