Dog health/thyroid???
Folks I have 2 dogs that all the sudden are experiencing major weight loss just in last 2 weeks and water consumption has increased x2 also. I have increased food x2 and also added Dyne supplement for weight gain and no luck. Their stool has also changed and became loose. They are wormed monthly so that shouldn't be an issue. Could this be symptoms of thyroid disease? Any ideas on where to start to figure this out?

Without more info may be early signs of kidney failure.
Weight loss and increased thirst are first signs.
Have they came in contact with anything poisonous ?
Are you sure the feed okay ?
Bad feed can do it too.
Need to get to vet for blood work ASAP.!

Trying to get an accurate diagnosis from the internet just won't work, it does not work for humans or dogs. A doctor must see you in person, run any tests they need and still are not right ALL the time. How could anyone expect an accurate diagnosis without the proper tests or examination. Any dog worth feeding is worth taking to the Vet for the proper diagnosis, not being smart, just honest. Dave
