There are still some Great Ones out there

Several years ago, my good friend and late Warner Smith of Tritronics sent me a couple of the Nightrazor Lights. While I loved the lights, I am not much of a night hunter and run my hounds more in daylight. I had not charged my lights in over a year and was planning to do a little more early morning hunting so went to charge my lights. I had two chargers and could not find either one. After digging around the house and office for a week or so without any success, I called my buddy Mark Zepp to see if he knew where I could find one. Sadly, he said that there were none available. I then went to the UKC Forum and posted under Coonhound Classified what I was chasing when Ken Risley from WI responded that he had a couple. I visited with him on the phone and sent him my address. Today, I received a USB Cable and Wall Adapter along with Nightrazor Carger Adapter and a not from Ken saying..."Thanks for all you do to promote hunting! No charge for the Razor charger and cradle. Just take a kid hunting".
It is so great to know that there are still some GREAT folks out there that are willing to help someone that they have never met. This kind gesture is the sort of thing that is sadly rare in this day and time. Whether Ken knows it or not, he has made a friend for life.

While I have never met Ken Risley, I have been a fan of him and his dogs, he packs some good ones. He is very knowledgeable in his posts on this forum. Hearing this from you just solidifies my opinion of Ken, we sure need more like him. Dave
