Dose Anyone In Eastern Ky Recongnise This Female

I bought this female a couple of months ago over the phone form AUSTIN FREEMAN from AROUND FLIMINGSBURG , KY area . The papers he gave the hauler was in a sealed envelope and when I opened it they were puppy papers on year old male pup. He will not answer any phone calls from me . I don't have a clue what the breeding is on this female . For all I know she was stolen and hope some will recognize her from the picture . If anyone has any information about her please call me .
