Rule change question

So the rule changes are about to happen . What I was curious about is the current proposals for the babbling rules are worthless in my opinion so can the breed association leaders change the rules as they feel needs be or do they have to stick to what was currently proposed?

Rule changes have to be proposed ahead of time, no last minute changes. They could have made seperate proposals ahead of time But now they can only vote yes or no on what is there. If they don't like the proposals, they.can only vote to keep the old rule. Only 2 more weeks now, are y'all doing some heavy last minute lobbying?

I sure hope some one does a last minute proposal on the babbling rule cause the 1st bark junk is annoying

Well probly not going to change they tried changing it in the slams and found out that folks love them babbling dogs so they changed it back. But I am telling y’all no leash lock and tree countdown takes the advantage away from the babbling dog I beat the brakes off them with a dead last strike dog. That recut behind them takes the wind out of them.

The committee does have the authority to consider and add an amendment to any proposal.
