Looking for pleasure dog

Alright guys, need some help finding a decent pleasure dog around Ohio. Had to put my 84 yr old grandpas last dog down last season and he hasn’t wanted to go with me since. Trying to keep him going with me while I still have him around to go, so I need to get him something to run! I’ll go up to $800 on a dog that’ll get the job done. Older or younger, male or female, what y’all got?
