w523 534 name was misspelled on papers and easy entry card was told to mail back they would be corrected at no charge sent them in over 2 months ago have not heard anything they had William white dwn glidewell suppose to be William white dwan glidewell can u see whats going on please

Someone called in yesterday and spoke to a representative who told them to fill out a duplicate application and send it in to us with the correct spelling of the names and then we would take care of it from there. That is what needs to be done. The duplicate application can be downloaded from our website.

Ok just dont understand why because dog already in our name just papers misspelled not our fault we should not have to pay for duplicate
